Judge Judy Stops Show Taping After Falling Ill And Speaking Gibberish
The no-nonsense daytime Judge Judy had a serious scare during one of her show tapings on Wednesday when she suddenly felt ill and began speaking gibberish. The judge complained of stomach pains and was taken to the hospital and admitted for tests, but she’s now feeling much better and is anxious to get back to work.
The normally tough judge showed a vulnerable side to her when she shocked audience members during a taping of her show saying she needed to stop. She was sitting on the bench and began speaking in gibberish when 911 was called to take her to the hospital.
She was admitted for tests including an MRI, which all turned out negative. According to her spokesman Gary Rosen, Judge Judy is feeling much better and will be released today and return to work before April 12.
She called in to TMZ.com herself to explain the situation, saying “I feel lucky” and that she’s been feeling tired and exhausted. She added “at my age, I know my body. My body is fine.”
