“Shotgun Tom” Kelly Live From Maui: Interview with Jason Carpio of the Wailea Beach Marriott Resort & Spa
Nothing says relaxing like laying by a pool with a nice cold drink and of course some snacks to go along with it. While broadcasting from the Wailea Beach Marriott Resort & Spa in Maui this week, “Shotgun Tom” Kelly talked to the resort’s sous chef (also known as the kitchen manager) Jason Carpio about their poolside menu.
Highlights of the resort’s poolside menu:
- One of their most popular items is their onion rings, which are locally grown Maui onions breaded in a secret batter and deep fried.
- Other favorites are their coconut shrimp, burgers and the chicken club sandwich.
- They’re rolling out a new menu which will have a brand new dish, mango bbq pulled beef.
