Lindsay Lohan Rolls The Dice By Rejecting Plea Deal To Opt For Trial
Lindsay Lohan has turned down a plea deal in her grand theft case where she is accused of stealing a $2,500 necklace from a Venice jewelry store in January. Lindsay met with her lawyer, Shawn Holley, on Tuesday where they decided it was better to fight, so Shawn informed the court that they would not accept the plea deal.
Lindsay is rolling the dice and turned down the plea deal and instead is heading to trial to fight the charge. She’ll be back in court on April 22, and faces both jail (in violation of her probation) and prison time if she’s convicted of the felony.
