Lindsay Lohan will be headed to court this Thursday to address the issue of whether or not she stole a $2500 necklace from a Venice jewelry store, unless there is a plea bargain beforehand. However, over the weekend, never before seen video of Lindsay in the jewelry store has been sold, and it could hurt the prosecution’s case that the store was the victim.
The jewelry store jumped the gun and has sold the surveillance footage in a money-hungry move that could give Lohan a lucky break. Entertainment Tonight has exclusively obtained the footage that prosecutors will be using to support their case and is reportedly airing the video tonight.
