Michael Jackson’s doctor, Conrad Murray, heads to court this morning to find out if there’s enough evidence to send him to trial for Michael Jackson’s death.
The trial is expected to last for a few weeks and prosecution is calling about 35 people as witnesses to try to prove that Murray murdered Michael Jackson. The purpose of today’s hearing is to try to build enough evidence to take this to trial.
One of the key witness is the producer for MJ’s This is It Tour, Kenny Ortega, who is expected to talk about a meeting where Dr. Murray showed a “reckless disregard for Michael’s health.”
Murray faces charges for involuntary manslaughter, but his attorneys’ defense in court is to claim that Jackson accidentally killed himself by self-injecting himself with Propofol, and say they have evidence to prove that there was a needle sticking out of his leg at the time of his death.
Do you think they have a good defense to avoid prosecution for murder charges?
