Will John Lennon’s Killer Walk Free?

On Dec. 8, 1980, [lastfm]John Lennon[/lastfm] was shot four times and killed by a man called Mark David Chapman. Since the man was incarcerated for the crime in 1981, he has been eligible for a parole every two years since 2000.

And now, the 55-year-old murderer is offered another chance at freedom yet again. Imprisoned at the Attica Correctional Facility in New York, Chapman is scheduled for a parole interview as early as today, September 7.

He is currently serving a 20-years-to-life sentence.

Let us remember Lennon as he is meant to be remembered—a great musician and songwriter—with a video of him singing one of his most famous and beautiful songs, “Woman.”

    I think it is horrible he gets a parole chance again to walk up to another innocent person to shoot Lennon kids are grown yoko still out there the jury all or some is out there. To walk up to someone who is minding their own business and shoot them they have no compassion and had all this time to plot to claim another victim let him stay where he is.
