How will the legal system rule in the case charging [lastfm]Michael Jackson[/lastfm]‘s personal physician with involuntary manslaughter? The answers is yet known, but we’re inching our way closer to the finish line.
Los Angeles Superior Court Judge Michael Pastor scheduled a preliminary hearing at a short court session earlier this week. At the hearing, scheduled for next year on Jan. 4, prosecutors will present evidence before the judge, who will then rule as to whether a trial for Dr. Murray will be set.
During the court session, Murray‘s lawyers were granted the right to examine the body fluids of the late singer’s remains. Murray was met with people hollering “murderer” outside the courthouse.
Let us remember Michael Jackson in happier times with his best friend, Bubbles. (The monkey moonwalks!)
