Early this morning at 1:30, Lindsay Lohan was released from jail. After 14 long days behind bars the “Mean Girl” served less than a quarter of her ninety day sentence that ordered.Today she is free, well free from Lynwood that is. According to Sheriff Steve Whitmore, Lindsay was released due to “Jail over-crowding”. She was supposed to get 24 hours to spend with family and friends before going to rehab. But Judge Marsha Revel put an end to that last week and ordered Lohan straight to rehab. Lindsay is already at her new home, the UCLA medical Center where she will be treated for several things including an alleged Meth addiction and bi-polar behavior. She will be put in an intense specialized program to deal with psychological problems as well as the drug addiction. This time Lindsay will spend the full 90 days the court ordered and no getting out early for over-crowding. Lohan is required to be clean and sober until 2011 when her probation term ends. Lindsay will be subject to random drug testing and if she violates her terms of her probation she could be sent back to jail.
