Garfunkel Can’t Bring His ‘A Game,’ Postpones Tour Indefinitely
Looks like the much-anticipated [lastfm]Simon & Garfunkel[/lastfm] tour isn’t going to happen anytime soon, and we were all so delighted the two finally made amends and decided to harmonize together once again.
So what’s keeping Art Garfunkel from bringing his “A Game” to the tour this summer?
We all were ecstatic over the reunion of [lastfm]Simon & Garfunkel[/lastfm]’s soothing melodies going back on tour this summer, but the duo has indefinitely postponed their tour due to [lastfm]Art Garfunkel[/lastfm]’s condition called vocal paresis.
Although doctors expect Garfunk to make a full recovery, they can’t predict how long it will take, forcing the harmonizing twosome to push back their dates for a second time this summer.
G. Funk commented, “I do feel bad about disrupting so many people’s plans but, as I continue to mend, I can’t yet bring my ‘A Game’ to a tour, and I would not perform for you with anything less.”
Let’s all take a “Sound of Silence” and wish Art Garfunkel a speedy recovery so we can see his “A Game” on tour.
