The Lakers escaped Game 3 with a come from behind victory 111-110. Kobe Bryant and Derek Fischer hit back-to-back 3-pointers in the final minutes, sealing the win.

Utah had two chances to win it in the final 4 seconds, but Deron Williams missed a 3-pointer that could have shut down the Lakers and provided the teams first win, evening out the the series 2-1.
The Jazz led most of the game, their lead never bigger than 8 points. Both teams traded baskets most of the game. Solid defense down low forced the game to be played outside the paint, giving the Lakers a much needed advantage.
Jazz sharp shooter, Kyle Korver, shot 9 of -10 from the field, including 5 of -5 from 3, for a playoff career high of 23 points, OFF THE BENCH! Korver’s career high wasn’t enough to help the Jazz against the Lakers.
Kobe was on fire, stealing the show in the FIRST HALF by scoring 20 of his game-high 35 points on 13 of 24 shooting. Ron Artest reminded everybody that he isn’t just a defensive stud. He scored 20 points for the Lakers, adding 18 of them in the SECOND HALF.
